Every prototype is like a ‘newly born baby’ to us. We give it a lot of attention and care. We ensure that the first article made is compliant with all requirements of our customers. We are always excited when a new product is manufactured in our facilities and always strive to make it perfect from the first try. This is why we put all necessary efforts into the prototyping phase and ensure that the result will be in accordance with our customers and our own high quality standards.

Tailor made and efficient just from the start
As experts in manufacturing of carbon fiber composites, we have integrated the know-how to optimize the corresponding manufacturing processes in the company’s DNA. If a one-off prototype needs to satisfy a series of technical requirements, a series manufacturing also needs to be cost -and quality- optimized. We thus take all necessary steps and efforts from prototyping to manufacturing by aligning each project specification. We work jointly with our customers by giving advice and recommendations for potential improvements in design and tooling in order to reach higher levels of efficiency. A seemingly imperceptible design change can lead to substantial cost savings!
